Yes, I took a day off last week. Since we came back, I promised myself to go and enjoy London while I can, but somehow it did not happen. New year, new resolutions, I’m doing it in 2013.
My first outing was at the Fashion and Textile Museum. The current exhibition is on Hartnell to Amies: Couture by Royal Appointment. I did not know these designers, but how much I loved it, especially the outfits from the 50’s. I just wanted more!
The next exhibition at the FTM is on Kaffe Fasset – can’t wait.
I also indulged in a walk by the Thames, it was a bright sunny day.
And to finish my day, a short visit to my favourite shop.
